At this time doctors were still trying to figure out what’s going on. I was told endometriosis could be a cause and I was referred for an ultrasound. I’ve since been told by gynaecologists that you can’t see endometriosis from an ultrasound? So when that came back as clear and only showing a fibroid which they said “wouldn’t be causing this” I felt like we were back to square one again. Hopeless and defeated, didn’t know who to turn to or what to ask for. My mental health at this point was crashing, I felt so alone and so powerless.
