در یک نوار صوتی منسوب به مولوی هبت‌الله آخندزاده که در صفحه تویتر سخنگوی امارت اسلامی منتشر شده است، رهبر امارت اسلامی بر تامین عدالت از سوی محاکم افغانستان تاکید می‌کند. به گفته او، "عدالت ذریعه بقای حکومت است". مولوی هبت الله می‌گوید: «اگر عدالت باشد، پس [حکومت] بقا خواهد داشت؛اما اگر عدالت نباشد، ظلم و خودخواهی پیدا شود، مرگ و انتقام‌گیری آغاز شود و بی محاکم کشتار صورت بگیرد، این [کشور] تباه خواهد شد.» به گفته او، جلوگیری از این "ظلم" توسط فیصله‌های "حقانی" عالمان دین و اجرات درست از سوی حکومت صورت می‌گیرد.
