If you've ever asked yourself, which raw Vintage Baseball Cards should I send in for grading? The answer really depends on what you're looking to do with them. If you're grading your raw vintage baseball cards with the hopes of keeping them preserved and/or out of sheer curiosity, then the answer is simple. Sure, why not? At that point, it's all for fun. However, if you're looking to sell some of your raw vintage baseball cards, are you better off sending them in or selling as is? This video, I demonstrate this with four cards from my inventory. There are some things to consider: 1. When you buy a raw vintage baseball card with the intention of re-selling, you'll need to know what they're going for in the market (both raw and graded). You'll need to reference the card against a ton of sales that have occurred in the recent past. From there, you'll be able to better understand what your return investment may look like. 2. In this video, I share an estimated profit return that may be different from your expectations. Consider this a sliding scale. Everyone is different in terms of expectations, so I did my best here to demonstrate a return on an investment. 3. Grading is subjective. I believe that it takes time to predict what a card may grade. That comes from your own personal submissions and time spent looking online at recent sales and photos to see what other cards have sold for (both raw and graded).
