Learn with me simple and perfect farali pattice. #KarunasZaikedaarKitchen #FaraliPattice #FaraliChutney Ingredients For Outer Covering 4 Medium Size Potato (Boiled,Peeled and Grated) 2 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour Rock Salt as per taste (Sendha Namak) For Stuffing 1 Small Sizes Potato (Boiled,Peeled and Mashed) 3 TbspPeanut Coarsely Powder (Roasted) 3 Tbsp Fresh Coconut (Grated) Coriander (Chopped) 2 Tbsp Raisins (Kishmis) 2 Tbsp Cashewnuts (Chopped kaju) 1 Tbsp Green Chillies (Chopped) 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds 1/2 Tsp Sugar Powder 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice Rock Salt as per taste (Sendha Namak) For Farali Chutney 1 Tbsp Curd (Dahi) 2 Tbsp Peanut Coarsely Powder (Roasted) 1 Tbsp Coriander (Chopped) 1 Green Chilli (Chopped) Rock Salt as per taste (Sendha Namak) Method 1. In a bowl,add refrigerate (So there will be no moisture in potato) and grate potato,Arrowroot and salt.Now bring all these ingredients together and make dough. 2. If there is moisture in potato then you can add 1-2 Tbsp Arrowroot and then combine and make dough. 3. Now Dough is ready.Cover it and give rest for 5 Minutes.Remember we add salt in the dough so don't give rest for long period. 4. Now will make stuffing,In a bowl add potato,Peanut powder,Fresh Coconut, Greenchillies,Raisins,Cashewnuts,Sesame seeds,sugar powder,salt and mix all ingredients.Stuffing is ready. 5. Make small equal size stuffing balls. 6. Flatten a portion of potato mixture and place stuffing ball in the centre. 7. Bring together edges in the centre to seal the stuffing and shape it.Keep aside. 8. Roll pattice in the Arrowroot till it is evenly coated from all sides. 9. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pattice on a medium flame till they turn golden brown from all sides.Remove pattice on absorbent paper. 10.
