In this video, I begin the first day of my New Year holiday. I start by preparing my New Year’s cards, a tradition in Japan, and then finish the remaining window cleaning for the year. Later in the day, I head out for a bit of shopping. Back at home, I make dinner and end the evening with a warm yuzu bath, a simple winter tradition that helps welcome the New Year.
