You can use this for microgreens, or to start plants for your garden! With this kit you will get a grow light, a heat mat, the seed tray, a humidity dome, and a grow light stand! You do not get the cell tray, so you will need one of those. This will work with a 72 cell tray which I want to point out again, is not actually included. Because of the light and the heat mat, your sees will get constant heat to create great roots! We used this to start our outside garden plants. We live where it’s pretty cold in the spring, so having a way to start off our seedlings in a nice, warm, humid environment inside will give our plants the best chance once we move them outside!
