Women and minority-owned cannabis shop to open near Rutgers University | NJ Business Beat

Women and people of color are underrepresented in the cannabis industry, especially when it comes to owning dispensaries in the Garden State. However, there is some progress being made. Earlier this year, the first Black woman-owned dispensary opened in South Jersey. Now, a new woman and minority-owned dispensary is set to open this summer just minutes away from Rutgers University.
