Join me for the first 3 beautiful, emotional and challenging days on the Camino de Santiago! Starting in Saint Jean Pied de Port, I crossed the Pyrenees into Spain, made instant friends, cried, got soaked and had to learn to embrace what you can't control, listen to the mountain and accept that you can't always keep going. Rest is part of the journey too (and safety, ofc!) In this episode: 📍Day 1 - Saint Jean Pied de Port to Orisson: I chose to split the big mountain day, not rush and soak it all in..and it was so worth it. The views were stunning, the wather was perfect, and I saw eagles! Formed instant Camino friendships, had my first communal dinner (bawled my eyes out) 📍 Day 2 - Orisson to Roncesvalles: A bit more difficult & longer that the first day but filled with laughter, wild horses, more deep conversations with my new friends and lovely picnic breaks. Loved the vibe at Roncesvalles, that place was huge and bustling but very well organised! 📍Day 3 - Roncesvalles to Viscarret: I was supposed to reach Zubiri but I had to accept that it's not safe to continue (thank you locals!). A tough rainy hike - soaked but still smiling and happy! Met Alain, an 85-year-old pilgrim who inspired us all. Ended the day with a lovely dinner made by our host with locally sourced ingredients. There are so many amazing moments happening in between that I don't catch on camera. The Camino is MUCH MORE that what you see here, you have no idea.. This journey is already changing me.💗 SUBSCRIBE to walk the Camino with me as I hike 800 km across Spain! 🪄 New vlogs, reflections, and behind-the-scenes coming soon. 🧡 Thank you for being here! ☕ Support the journey: If you’d like to buy me a coffee, you can do that here: coff.ee/theodorac thank you so much for your support 💛
