Welcome to our channel! We're Pen and Stu an original contemporary folk duo from York. We play BIG whistles and tenor guitars. Our songs, written by Pen, tell stories about famous characters from history and folklore, heroes, villains and pirate queens.  "We've been having a great year, performing at festivals and other gigs, building our fanbase, selling our new album and gaining interest in our original songs.  We've gained fans who were previously not into folk music, much to our surprise and delight, and theirs!
