I bought a new home in Shady Brook near Easport in The Villages Florida! It's the "Sunflower 8" model, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 and a golf cart garage, just under 2000 sq ft. My paint choices - Sherwin Williams: SW 7064 is the light gray in the kitchen/foyer, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. SW 7066 is the medium gray in the family/dining room, and also the accent in 2nd bedroom. SW 7067 is the darker accent walls in the family room and master bedroom.
