Making MONEY on side income streams from Land Investing

Do you remember the 38 acre Southern Illinois flip property that we did a little over a year ago? Well, in addition to making a profit on the land flip itself, after doing some land improvement projects we were able to make some additional cash from selling a bunch of the items that we picked and salvaged from the property as well. In today's episode we'll chronicle just one of those side cash picker projects; a couple of 22 foot steel beams. Oh and of course Pro Staffer Phil and I had some FUN picking and loading them, and we got some fresh air and got out of the house on a cold day in the country!
