Living in a classic revitalized Indianapolis Indiana neighborhood... Fall Creek Place. Fall Creek Place deep in the heart of Indianapolis Indiana is absolutely one of my favorite places in the city. I certainly couldn't say that 20 years ago. Fall Creek Place has a deep and rich history but fell into serious disrepair in the late 1900's. It also wasn't a safe place to be. But, over the past 20 or so years, Fall Creek Place has seen a dramatic comeback. There are plenty of older, classic homes in this "classic" Indianapolis neighborhood but also plenty of new homes. It's a very cool location being so close to downtown Indianapolis but just far enough outside of it to avoid some of the hustle. The streets and trees going through Fall Creek Place also give this Indianapolis neighborhood a classic look with plenty of warmth and welcoming vibes. I truly love exploring homes in this area. If you're looking for something in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana and want that "Americana" feel...
