A toy gun weapon & Maruti Swift car used in commission of crime recovered from kidnappers. supervision of ACP/Aman Vihar and overall supervision of DCP/Rohini, the staff of PS Aman Vihar has done commendable job by arresting (1) Trilok S/o Sh. Rajender Singh, (2) Gursimran S/o Sh. Gurmeet Singh, (3) Abhishek @ Vicky S/o Sh. Rajkumar Singh, (4) Akshay S/o Sh. Dilip Kumar in a case of abduction. The team of PS Aman Vihar, Rohini District has arrested the alleged persons and got released the victim from their clutches within 12 hours. The ransom money Rs. 3,50,000/- in cash and Rs. 1,50,000/- in digital mode was recovered from their possession. A toy gun & Vehicle involved in commission of crime also recovered. A Case FIR No. 319/23, Dt. 25.06.23, U/s 365 IPC PS Aman Vihar has been solved. INCIDENT: On 25.06.2023, a PCR call vide DD No. 26 A was received at Police Station Aman Vihar regarding abduction of victim Manjeet and demand of ransom money of Rs. 12,00,000/- by kidnappers in lieu of his release. The complainant Sh. Amit S/o Ramesh R/o Rohini reported that his brother-in-law namely Manjeet, an employee in Merchant Navy, had visited his home on 21.06.2023 and left on 23.06.2023 to resume his duty in Mumbai. On 24.06.2023, complainant was informed by the victim’s brother Sumit that he (Sumit) had received a ransom call from the whatsapp number of the victim. The caller was demanding Rs. 12,00,000/- for the well-being of the victim. Sumit remitted Rs. 1,50,000/- through online mode and for rest of the money, the kidnappers asked him to come to Panipat. Thereafter, complainant along with victim’s brother went to Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana. There, the complainant made a PCR call regarding the issue. In the meantime, kidnappers also arrived there, but seeing PCR van the kidnappers ran away in their White color Maruti Suzuki, Swift car. Thereafter, complainant came to PS Aman Vihar and got registered a case vide FIR No. 319/23, Dt. 25.06.23, U/s 365 IPC. To apprehend the culprits a dedicated team led by Insp. Ved Prakash( SHO Aman Vihar), comprising of SI Karambir, SI Sumit Dahiya, SI Arvind, ASI Jaswinder, HC Mandeep, HC Narender, Ct. Vikas was constituted under the supervision of ACP Aman Vihar & overall supervision of DCP Rohini. During the course of investigation with the help of technical surveillance and CCTV footages, raiding team apprehended 4 accused persons namely: Trilok Singh S/o Sh. Rajender Singh, Gur Simran Singh S/o Gurmeet Singh Abhishek @ Vicky S/o Sh. Rajkumar & Akshay S/o Sh. Dilip Ransom money of Rs. 3,50,000/- in cash and Rs. 1,50,000/- in digital mode was recovered from their possession. The interrogation revealed that all the four accused persons were known to each other. The accused person Abhishek and Akshay were childhood friend and belongs from the same village. Gursimran and Trilok Chand belongs from the Punjab. Abhishek wanted to send one of his relatives (Karambir) to New Zealand, so he contacted Gursimran who had earlier sent him to Thailand and Malaysia. Gursimran met the victim (Manjeet) on facebook and sought his help to send the relative of Abhishek to New Zealand. During investigation it revealed that Rs 7 Lakhs were paid to Manjeet for required documentation. But, on 23.06.2023 the relative of Abhishek namely Karambir was deported at IGI Airport, Delhi due to lack of proper documents. Thereafter, on the same day, accused persons called the victim Manjeet in a hotel at Mahipalpur, Delhi. They started pressurizing Manjeet to return their money and assaulted him. Hence, an amount of Rs. 3,50000 was paid to the accused persons and Victim Trilok Singh S/o Sh. Rajender Singh R/o SH.no. 815, Gali No. 3, Amritsar, Punjab, Age - 40 Years. He is 12th passed and works as an Electrician in Amritsar City and also engaged in Kabutarbazi. He is friend of Gursimran Accused Gursimran S/o Sh. Gurmeet Singh R/o VPO Mehma, tehsil & Distt Amritsar Punjab, Age 32 Years. He is 12th passed and engaged in Kabutarbazi Accused Abhishek @ Visky S/o Sh. Rajkumar Singh R/o Village- Anderi PS Narayangarh distt. Ambala Haryana. Age- 23 years. He is doing graduation from distance learning. Accused Akshay is his childhood friend. Part Time, he is also engaged in Kabutarbazi with Gursimran. Accused Akshay S/o Sh. Dilip Kumar R/o H.No. 135, Near Lotus Chungi, PS Narayangarh Distt. Ambala Haryana. Age- 23 years. He is doing BA regular.
