End the cycle now — because unhealed childhood anger doesn’t disappear, it silently runs your life. Don’t look back in anger — not because your pain wasn’t real, but because staying there keeps you tied to a fractured version of yourself that was created to survive trauma… not to live freely. If you grew up with emotional neglect, abuse, abandonment, or chronic invalidation, your psyche adapted. A protective fractured self was formed — carrying anger, shame, fear, and survival patterns that once kept you safe. But survival is not sovereignty. Unprocessed anger doesn’t just stay in the mind. It lives in the nervous system. It shows up as: • Emotional reactivity or sudden outbursts • Chronic irritability or internal tension • People-pleasing and suppressed resentment • Addiction patterns and self-sabotage • Anxiety, depression, exhaustion • Autoimmune or stress-related illness In this deeply personal video, I share my own lived experience of masking rage beneath “niceness,” spending 8 years in psychotherapy, and discovering that talking about trauma alone did not dissolve it. True healing began when I went deeper — into the subconscious, the body, the inner child pain-body, and into collaboration with Spirit. Healing anger requires safety. It requires gentleness. It requires going beyond the conscious mind. Your fractured self is not the enemy. She was protecting you. But she does not have to lead your life anymore. This video will help you: ✨ Understand masked and suppressed anger ✨ Recognise signs you may be carrying hidden rage ✨ Learn why retelling trauma can keep the nervous system stuck ✨ Discover a deeper path to integration and authentic self-leadership Don’t look back in anger. Look back with understanding — and then walk forward whole. If you feel ready to release anger at a subconscious level, explore the guided sessions inside my Emotions Playlist, where we gently work with anger, shame, fear, grief, and sadness in collaboration with your Higher Self and Spirit. Your anger is not wrong. It was protection. But protection is not the same as freedom. And what if you could End the Cycle Now… without reliving the trauma — by healing deeper than the conscious mind? If you’re ready to go beyond talking — and into true integration — I’ve created guided subconscious healing sessions inside my Emotions Playlist. This is the heart of my HART work.
