Fallout 4 - Building at Warwick Homestead 03 (Bar and Diner)

This series covers the construction of my settlement at Warwick Homestead. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects with some additional assets being spawned using Console Commands. In the third part of the series I create a large two story building that will be the settlements Bar / Diner. This features a decked area at the front and to the rear overlooking the waterfront, along with a settler home on the second floor. To the side of the building I also create a covered storage area which completes the small dock made in part one.
