Orange Sherbet - deliciously refreshing.

Welcome to the Geojaklin kitchen. Everybody loves a little treat and this time with only 2 ingredients, its simplicity itself! We didn’t have one to hand at the time of making this video but this freezes better if it’s made in a shallow dish. It is best made with low or zero sugar soda as that freezes better. There is more than enough sugar in the sweetened condensed milk to carry this off perfectly. Of course you can make it with whatever flavour you like. Regular stirring as described during the freezing process is essential to give even distribution. Pour the soda slowly and do the stirring slowly to keep as much “zing” in the mixture as possible.
