Try this quick and tasty recipe and don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more easy recipes! 😊 Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice (cooled, long grain) 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp spring onion (white part) ¼ cup carrots (finely chopped) ¼ cup beans (finely chopped) ¼ cup capsicum (finely chopped) 2 tbsp spring onion greens 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar ½ tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste Method: Heat oil in a wok or pan on high flame. Add chopped garlic and ginger; sauté for a few seconds until aromatic. Add spring onion whites and all chopped vegetables. Stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Add cooked rice and gently toss to avoid breaking the grains. Add soy sauce and vinegar. Mix evenly on high flame. Add spring onion greens and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
