The Voices Of Liberty (Americana Edition) | The American Adventure | Epcot | Walt Disney World

The Voices of Liberty is (imho) the premier musical group regularly appearing at Walt Disney World. They are a Day 1 entertainment group, appearing under the dome of the American Adventure in Epcot. They were created by a guy named "Derric Johnson", who's got quite a history with creating musical groups. They were created as the Liberty Voices, but became The Voices of Liberty after becoming a fixture at Epcot. They are typically supposed to be an 8-person Capella group (half male and half female) with a front man, but I have a few shows with 10 singers and a lead. Maybe it was to give them extra volume if they expect large crowds... They sing Patriotic and Classic Americana tunes, and are usually the pre-show for The American Adventure (the attraction, not the pavilion). Some of the cast participate in the Candlelight Processional, Epcot's annual spiritual Christmas show. This video is a composite of a few shows, taking the better version of duplicate songs.
