I've had a few run-ins with the Police in India. Most recently with them harassing me because of a video I made. So I'm going to teach you what I learnt in dealing with the Police and what I've learned about how bribes work in India. Dealing with the Police in India is different to where I'm from. Some of the Police in India will not follow the rules and they will try and pressure you into doing something because either they don't have the power to do it under the law or because they're too lazy to do paperwork and the take case to court. I'll tell you about my experiences with the Indian Police, bribery, and give you all my tips for dealing with the Police if they approach you in India. Please remember not all cops are corrupt, most are friendly, helpful, and will just want to have a friendly chat with a foreigner. So don't be afraid of them.
