Hey guys, in this video I am talking about how Ben Böhmer used IV-I chord progression in his songs. I analysed a couple of his track and made this tutorial on how to write chords like Ben Böhmer. This is just what I learned and think. In the video I explain how he used chords in his songs and how you can make something similar. In both songs he used the same chord progression but in different keys. Father Ocean is in Dmaj and Opening track is in C#maj. You can use this chord progression for your own music if you are looking for that warm, hopeful uplifting vibe. Of course Ben has amazing sound design skills that help with the emotions of the track.
