André Baruchel led an in-depth discussion on key considerations for CAR-T therapy, focused primarily on B-ALL.​ The steering committee discussed disease stage, bridging therapy, degree of antigen expression, burden of bone marrow disease, and number of circulating tumor blasts as factors influencing decisions in CAR T-cell therapy. Indications for the use of tisagenlecleucel and brexucabtagene autoleucel in ALL were discussed.
