I composed, recorded and self-produced "Is It Enough" in my home studio January 2022 to help myself get through an intense seasonal depressive episode amidst another pandemic lockdown. It finally was released to the world on February 28th, 2022. As the seasons started changing this past year, I could feel the winds turning my brain chemistry, and decided to shoot this video while I still had the fire of summer and fall within me. Winter came once more and depression took over, leaving me feeling "not enough" all the time, and pushing the release of this back. But here we are, 1 year from the release of this magical lullaby, with a visual to match. And yes, it is, just enough. You are all blank canvases with which you can paint. Take in the colours of the world and make yourself into a masterpiece.
