💙 This year is almost coming to an end. There’s nothing better than cooking up a storm with the ingredients in season to enjoy December to its fullest. We’ve made special party dishes for the year end with cod and oyster, the seafood of the month selected by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries. Here are the steamed cod fillet, cooked in a Spanish style with shrimps and clams, and the oyster butter deopbap where the rich oysters are browned with butter and soy sauce. We especially recommend that you dip a piece of bread into the steamed cod fillet stew. You’ll find it to be another delicacy. It’s time to complete your happy dinner table with delectable dishes full of seafood umami. 💙 This video is sponsored by Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries. 💙 [Spanish Style Steamed Cod] Main ingredients: cod fillet 500g, manila clam 300g, 6 shrimps, a small amount of parsley, 2 garlic cloves, a half onion, a half red bell pepper, a small amount of olive oil, salt to taste, pepper to taste, 1 cup of white wine, turmeric powder 2~3g, a half cup of seafood stock 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cod fillet. 2. Finely chop the onion, Italian parsley, garlic, and bell pepper. 3. With a generous amount of olive oil in a pan, stir-fry the garlic, and then add the onion and bell pepper. 4. Add the turmeric powder, chopped parsley, and a half cup of stock. Add salt to season. Place the cod fillet skin side down, into the pan, and pour the white wine to the pan. 5. Cover the pan, and boil it down for 3 minutes over high heat. Flip the cod fillet, and add the shrimps and clams. Then, boil down for another 4 minutes. 6. Place the cod fillets on a plate, and sprinkle parsley atop before serving. (tip. Since cod fillet is very tender, cook it over high heat so that it won’t break apart.) 💙 [Oyster Buter Deopbap] – 1 Serving – Easy – 25 min. Ingredients: oyster 100g, a half lemon, a handful of garlic chives, 2 tbsp of butter, a small amount of starch, 1 bowl of cooked rice Seasoning blend ingredients: 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of water 1. Thoroughly wash the oysters by repeating to rub them with coarse salt and rinse with water. 2. Coat the oyster evenly with the starch. 3. Slice the lemon, and chop the garlic chives. 4. Mix all the seasoning blend ingredients in a bowl. 5. Melt the butter in a heated pan, and brown the butter. 6. Stir in the seasoning blend and boil down. 7. Place the oyster over the warm rice, and sprinkle the garlic chives atop.
