In this part, we talk with the twins and learn that the Claridian of this region lives in a Shrine near Nolaan and that the twins' father is the priest that serves him. The Claridian may be able to help heal Aya, so we leave her in the hands of the twins' mother, equip our Emblazoned Sword (NEVER sell this!!!) and set out to the Dragonbone Shrine alongside the twins. Additionally, we learn how to use Item Creation from the Menu and can use this as long as we are not in battle (I will give a useful tutorial for moneymaking using this feature in the next video). Inside the Shrine, we encounter some mice and, through a connection to Rico, are able to speak with them and learn of a secret room. As we progress through the shrine, we find the secret room and get a Situation Bonus for doing so. Once we reach the end of the Shrine, we encounter a locked door that mentions Snakes and Bats. With this information, we backtrack to the previous room and use Rico's Connected Ability, Penguin Parade to gain control of a Bat or Snake. Once they are under our control, we return to the door and use it to sacrifice the Bat or Snake to it. We then return to the previous room and grab the other monster to unlock the door. Inside we find out who the Claridian is and find the twins' father. We also meet another Ogre Boss named Rambert which we must defeat. Boss: RAMBERT HP: 10,000 Rambert will be accompanied by a few snakes which I recommend dealing with first. Once they are gone you'll have to deal with Rambert while also dodging a few random fireballs from our angry bystander. Rambert can be easily dealt with by parrying his only two attacks: a hand thrust, and a large arcing hammer swing. Getting the timing down for parries might be difficult at first but you'll get used to it. Once an attack is parried, Rambert will be frozen for a moment and we can get a combo or two in, then we repeat until he goes down for good. After Rambert is defeated, we get an Amarlista from the Claridian, Saruleus, as well as a special Flute which allows us to play magical songs when we learn them. It also comes with two songs automatically, Percipere, which allows us to reveal invisible things, and Prudentiae, which grants Anti-Magic to all party members as long as you keep playing. Once we finish talking to Saruleus, we head around to the back of his shrine and use Percipere to find a hidden passageway leading back outside to Nolaan, we also find a book called Memoirs of a Mage which we should hold onto and NOT sell. Once we return to the village, we use the Amarlista on Aya to heal her and she rejoins the party.
