The 2023 Kalaris Intelligence Conference on Decision Advantage: Emerging Technology Opportunities and Challenges for U.S. Intelligence is jointly organized by the Center for Security Studies and the Center for Security and Emerging Technology, both of which are housed within the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, and took place on November 1, 2023 at Georgetown University.
