Hello everyone, This video is day 5 of our Strength and conditioning program especially designed for fast bowlers. 📍 Program index : Monday (day 1) - Strength 1 Tuesday (day 2) - conditioning 1 Wednesday (day 3) - strength 2 Thursday (day 4) - active recovery Friday (day 5) - Unilateral Saturday (day 6) - Conditioning 2 Sunday - (day 7) - match or rest day 📍 Few things to keep in mind before you start following these exercises 👇 1) your age should be 14+ 2) you must be injury free now or should not be in a rehabilitation phase. 3) you should not be having any posture issues 4) the program should not be followed during consistent days matches.
