Exploring Daegu and Hiking Palgongsan

I travelled to Daegu with amazing people I met at Chung-Ang University. We first visited the city Daegu where we actually met a policeman who was off-duty and wanted to show us around in his free time. Although the communication was not perfect due to his English, I can say we had a local police guide! The next day we hiked to Palgongsan. Before the hike, we paid a visit to Donghwasa Temple nearby and then started the hike. It was very difficult due to elevation gain and the terrain. We were all challenged by the hike. The return was another problem as the cable car we wanted to take was also very far from the mountain and we had to hike another a couple of hours to the cable car.
