I arrive on the scene to pick them up. they had 2-3 large heavy suitcases plus their carry-on and suddenly they have to where to sit. seeing as you can't sit in the front, all their suitcases wouldn't fit in my trunk and they put all of them in the back leaves them no place to sit. then one of them gets upset because she can't sit in the front seat. I explained it because of the pandemic and uber guidelines and then the younger one enters my vehicle without a mask to remove the luggage and told her that they have to book a UBER XL. she said she was shocked and it's not an uber. and she was going to complain. I already was ahead of her. I called up support and told them that they had 2-3 pieces of big heavy luggage that won't fit and they have to book an UBER XL. 35 minutes of my time wasted all because they were too cheap to book a UBER XL to Toronto from Innisfil.
