Select your video and hit Open. Your file will then appear in the video timeline. Select the Text icon in the lefthand toolbar and choose from the presets in the text edit menu. Selecting one of the presets will automatically drop a text box on top of your video. In the menu you can also type what you want your text to say. You can also change the font, size and colour. You can also adjust the positioning of the text by clicking and dragging the text box on the canvas. To change the timings for when the text appears in the video, just just and drag the ends of the text box in the video timeline. To export, go to the top right hand corner of the editor and hit Export, then export video.
