I don't know what I'm doing here, another improvised session with no references. Not really what I was hoping for, this was supposed to be a quick axe inpaint, but I immediately sidetracked and it doesn't really look like it anymore. There are lots of parts, that don't make sense, especially the steel part at the end knob, it should not be there and it has no depth at all and I missed the material transitions, but whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It still was a good 2 hours session, even though 30 minutes got wasted on the left side. I also forgot to reduce the mask blur when inpainting thin lines, SD didn't know what to do. As usual, linking my Inpainting document, that should answer most of the questions: https://gist.github.com/DarkStoorM/4b... This process does not involve my full workflow, I don't do any quality checks and big re-inpaintings on timelapses unless they are needed. --- CC0 music does not require credits, but this guy makes some really nice Ambient stuff: Andrewkn on https://freesound.org/people/Andrewkn/ Fun fact: If you are wondering why I go through all this painful process of unnecessary inpainting, it's because unlike txt2img, the images I create with my workflow can be copyrighted due to the overwhelming "human contribution" (human authorship/human guidance) even if it's SD doing some work. This is why I never use Midjourney or any other similar stuff, which is just generating images. This is a _massive_ difference. --- 0:00 Quick draw 0:18 Changing a scribble into base image 0:30 Lots and lots of manual corrections aided by Inpainting 3:44 Reconstruction, because why not 5:56 A small touch of Raw Filter
