When a dealership finances your vehicle purchase, they receive a monetary kickback from their preferred lender or banking institution. Additionally, the dealership is able to upcharge your loan APR interest rate. The bank may offer a lower interest rate, only for the dealer to uptick it prior to offering it to you the consumer. Feels extremely shady, huh? It happens all the time. In this video, I provide you with the tools to avoid getting hit with an inflated loan, buy a car with cash instead of financing, and what questions to ask while working the the finance manager/rep.
