I had this cool Giant bike from the 70's. It got stolen. I used to work at Luigi's Slice, in Sacramento. I set up there original sound system and mixed the first few shows. (I'm glad it shut down). Anyway, my bike gets stolen. I'm at work and my coworker and housemate at the time (Tommy M.) says he just saw some lady on my bike a couple blocks away and if I want to use his bike to check it out, I could. So I did. Found her, went straight up to her and said, you have 5 seconds to get off my bike. Of course she was defensive. I started counting. At 5, I removed the bike from her. Of course she was angry and walking along side me, talking about calling the cops and such. SHe'd apparently bought the bike from a local "broker". Many of those at the time. We both called. Cops came to talk to me. They basically told me that if I had nothing with any proof of ownership, that they couldn't do anything. Posession is 9/10s of the law and such. Remember that. In the moment, I remembered I had recently had the tires replaced and still had the envoice, which had my name and serial of the bike. So, they went told her she had a choice, but should just walk away. That's what this song is about. And some other stuff. I finally decided to re release these Rhino Chaser tracks, under my name. Why? Well, you'd simply never find them, even if you were looking. Back in the day, I used to want to have different names for all my different projects. Now, I am quite the opposite and making efforts to tie them all together. I publish most of my music through CDbaby.
