We are finally on the Dempster Highway! I'm so so so excited to be here. We start out with a more-tricky-than-needed brake light repair in Whitehorse after I spent a few days doing work. Once in Tombstone Territorial Park, I show you the gear I bring on a trail run in an ultra-remote place with my dogs. We're treated to some superb views, even if the trail didn't go as planned. Finally, enjoy some delicious #vanlife cooking. Just 800km to the Arctic Ocean! - Kayla, (me) Barley (black and white border collie), and Niffler (blue merle border collie) are driving the Pan-American Highway in Saga the Sprinter Van. The Pan-American Highway stretches from the Arctic Ocean to Patagonia; we took a slightly different route by going to Tuktoyaktuk instead of Prudhoe Bay. This different route allowed us to take the dogs all the way to the shores of the ocean. We spent the summer solstice near the Arctic Circle and area heading south to Patagonia starting in October or November 2022.
