A table setting can really set the mood and ambience of the perfect dinner. Proper table setting is a sure way to impress your dinner guests. The things you'll need: (note: some tableware pieces are optional) Hot Girl Dinner plate Salad and/or soup bowl Bread plate Dinner fork Salad Fork Butter knife Dinner knife and/or Steak knife when appropriate Soup spoon Water glass Wine glass or coffee/tea cup Dessert spoon or fork and plate when appropriate Dinner napkin Table cloth or dinner mat (use your sense of style here) 1. Once you have your tablecloth or mat in place, you will set your dinner plate directly in the center. 2. Forks are placed on the left of the plate with the salad fork to the left of your dinner fork. 3. Place the bread plate to t he top left corner of your place setting with the butter knife placed on top of it with the blade facing upward. 4. Place your steak knife directly to the right of the plate with the blade facing outward or right. 5. Put the soup spoon to the right of the dinner knife 6. Place the salad plate directly on top of the dinner plate followed by the soup bowl (if appropriate). 7. The water glass will go the top right corner of your dinner plate followed by the wine glass in a diagonal order (think of the right side of a "V" 8. Place your dessert plate directly above the dinner plate in the center with the dessert fork or spoon on top of the plate.
