How to Cook Perfect Oyster Mushroom Fry | Full Flavour in Every Bite | 10 Minutes recipe #oystermushrooms Oyster Mushroom Fry (500g) Ingredients: 500 grams oyster mushrooms 2–3 tablespoons mustard oil 7–8 green chilies (slit) 2 medium onions (sliced) Salt to taste 1 teaspoon turmeric powder How to Cook: Prepare the mushrooms Tear the oyster mushrooms into pieces by hand. Wash them thoroughly in water to remove any dirt. Drain and keep them aside. Heat the oil Turn on the stove and heat a pan (kadhai). Add 2–3 tablespoons of mustard oil. Let the oil heat well until it slightly starts to smoke. Add green chilies Add the slit green chilies and sauté for a few seconds. Cook the onions Add the sliced onions. Cook on medium flame until they turn light golden brown. Do not burn them. Add mushrooms Add the mushrooms and mix well with the onions. Cook uncovered Cook without covering the pan.The mushrooms will release water. Let the water evaporate completely. Stir occasionally. Add spices Once the water dries and mushrooms start turning slightly brown, add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. Mix well. Final cooking Cook on medium flame until the mushrooms turn nicely brown. Cook for 1 more minute. Your hot and flavorful oyster mushroom fry is ready to serve!
