(A rare case where the first attempt of the session was also the first win of the session, so the opening and ending cutscenes are present. Actual fight starts at 0:43.) I think I've settled on Dark Impulse being Terra's best command style for this fight. The uppercut it starts combos with at short range basically puts his capabilities for attacking below him on par with Aqua/Ven, and it gives him a better distance closer attack than either of those two to boot. The multihit attacks are unfortunately kinda a liability, though they are cool when they work. Also, Zantetsuken would be one of Terra's best commands if you reduced its unreasonably long startup. It hits from anywhere, has a high multiplier (which is helpful for lower levels), stops time AND gives you invincibility for its ending pose, and to top it off it even has low endlag.
