This Community Feature highlights the development of apartments and lofts currently underway along Bleecker Street in Utica, New York. Hear first from Bruce K. Adib-Yazdi of the Vecino Group as he describes the development underway at 329 Bleecker Street, also known as the Jeffery Hardware Building. 49 apartments are in development, with 12 units dedicated to individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Following the Vecino Group, hear from David Freeman of Utica Revital as he talks about his ambitions to bring Manhattan living into Utica with his development of both 662-666 Bleecker Street and 670-674 Bleecker Street.
