The wait is over! The second episode of "Professionals of BUET Season 1" is here! We are happy to present to you our second speaker, Mr. Anik Sarker. He is currently working as a software engineer, Site Reliability, Google. a tech-enthusiast who's passionate about learning about new technologies. Mr. Anik completed his B.Sc from the Department of Computer Science Engineering at the Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology. In this life, he has vast experience in the programming area. After graduation, he worked as a graduate research assistant at BUET. Then he joined 'Priyo' as a software engineer. Later, Mr. Anik joined Google. Mr. Anik won the championship at ICPC Dhaka Regional Online Preliminary 2018 and became the 1st Runners-up in the Asia Regional (Onsite) round. He worked as a 'Competitive Programming Coach' at Jahangirnagar University (JU) from 2019 to 2020. He is also a creator of 'Jhotpot Classnote', a web platform for sharing class notes. He also has a publication on 'A Linear-Time Algorithm for the r-Gathering Problem on the Line (Extended Abstract)' published in 'Springer Nature' in 2018.
