About James: Dr James Nayyar is a pre-hospital doctor and anaesthetist with a subspecialty focus on paediatric care. James works as a HEMS doctor with ‘The Air Ambulance Service’ and as a BASICS doctor for the East Midlands Ambulance Service. His passion for paediatric emergency care and the professional well-being of his colleagues in the ambulance service led him to founding the KidConfident Project (kidconfident.org), a free open-access paediatric medical education project targeted towards UK ambulance clinicians.
