In this video I will be replacing my Moen Posi-Temp Shower Cartridge. The part number for the replacement cartridge is 1222. Moen makes a Cartridge Puller Tool that I would highly recommend, especially if you live in an area that is known to have hard water. The possible corrosion build up inside of the valve could make it significantly more challenging to gain the proper leverage to pull the cartridge out without the Moen Cartridge Puller Tool.
