KPF's International Commerce Centre, completed in Hong Kong in 2010, represents a shift in the tall building paradigm to include not only achievements in height, architecture, and engineering, but also contextual design for connectivity and smart growth in a dense urban zone. The 118-story supertall accommodates offices, an observation deck, and the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong, one of the world’s highest hotels.
