Uncle gets a bit teary when he sees the bill, but it's a small price for Eric's well-being. Back home, Kaden shows his strength and fitness, inspiring Eric to try out exercises too. Although Eric struggles initially, his determination grows. Uncle prepares a healthy meal of vegetables and chicken, but Eric, still fond of noodles, resists the veggies. Kaden flexes his muscles, attributing his strength to healthy eating, but Eric remains unconvinced. Later, Kaden helps Uncle with chores, demonstrating his energy and strength, while Eric, who took a nap, complains of a tummy ache. Another doctor's visit reveals the problem: too much noodles and not enough activity. Eric realizes the importance of being healthy and promises to change his ways. With Kaden's encouragement, Eric starts eating healthy and exercising. He even finds a new love for noodles with vegetables! The boys become strong and energetic, much to Uncle's amazement and delight. Lesson Learned The story teaches the importance of a balanced diet and regular exercise.
