Let's start making this incredibly delicious EASTER BREAD! 👩💚 Ingredients Flour – 1 kg Baker’s yeast – 25 Milk – 400 ml Yogurt – 120 grams Eggs – 3 pcs Yolks – 2 pcs Sugar – 250 grams Rum – 50 ml Butter – 150 grams Zest of 1 orange Vanilla – 10 ml Salt – 1 pinch Liquid chocolate Preparation method First, activate the bread yeast. Pour the warmed fresh milk into a bowl. Add the yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 100 grams of flour. Mix well and let it triple its volume, for about 30 minutes. In another bowl, sift the remaining flour, which we previously sifted 2 times. Add the remaining sugar and salt to the flour. Stir to mix well. Then add the yogurt, 70 grams of butter at room temperature, the eggs and the rum. When the yeast is activated, add it to the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir well. Cover the bowl and let it triple in size for 1 hour. Add the vanilla and finely grated orange peel. Make a well with a little flour on the work surface. Pour the dough into the well and knead by hand, kneading vigorously and for a long time. Cover the dough and let it rise again for 30 minutes. Then start adding the remaining butter, which is at room temperature. Knead again for a long time and vigorously. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide it into 3 parts. Roll each part into a rectangular shape. We spread generously with liquid chocolate and roll it into a roll. Then we braid the three rolls. We place the kozunaka in a tray covered with baking paper. We cover it and let it rise for 30 minutes. Then we spread it with the yolks, beaten with 10 grams of butter at room temperature. We sprinkle with sugar and sliced almonds. We bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes.
