IOWA (Kate Murphy) -- A teacher from Iowa challenged his students to design his diet plan one year ago - they did not choose your typical health food. John Cisna wanted to lose weight and also teach his Biology class a lesson. Rather than dieting with fruits and vegetables, he lost weight from McDonald's. The students designed a diet where he ate 2,000 calories a day and walked 45 minutes per day. Cisna is 62 pounds lighter, his cholesterol has lowered 79 points and his blood pressure is 121 over 78. He still eats McDonald's at least once a day, but does not market it as a diet plan.
