Love y’all, Raven 🥕 Carrot Cake Oatmeal (Healthy & Cozy) Ingredients: • Steel-cut oats • Oat milk • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract • Cinnamon (to taste) • Cinnamon sugar seasoning (to taste) • Raw carrots (shredded) • Oh So Delicious dairy-free coconut yogurt • Chopped walnuts • Brown sugar (light sprinkle) How I make it: 1. Cook steel-cut oats using oat milk. 2. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cinnamon sugar seasoning while cooking. 3. Shred raw carrots and stir them into the pot as the oats cook. 4. Once done, transfer to a bowl. 5. Top with coconut yogurt, chopped walnuts, a light sprinkle of brown sugar, and a few extra raw carrots on top.
