But trusting that Allah is Al-Hakeem (The Most Wise), Ar-Rahman (The Most Merciful), and that nothing reaches you without purpose. A “neutral Alhamdulillah” mentality isn’t toxic positivity. It’s stability. It’s choosing trust over panic. It’s believing that even what hurts carries wisdom we may not yet see. We don’t worship Allah only when life feels good.
