Philosophy of Happiness: Many talks about “Destruction for Construction”. That can be an aspect. But that’s a very small window. We even observe it in nature. The world is sustained due to love between husband - wife or love between man and woman. In our religion there is concept of “a giving hand is better than receiving hand”. So, if we have the wish or tendency to give then we stay together. I think if we have the mentality to accommodate others then everything can expand. In life, the more people who will stay with each other with love the more successful they will be. If you notice all the people who have joined our office, very few transferred or left. I feel, to stay together like this you need a perspective. You need a philosophy to of staying together, live in peace together in this world. We want peace in this world, we want love. Joy comes from being together. It doesn’t come from arguments. If happiness comes from being together then we have to embrace each other.
