Malgré une carrière à l'envergure planétaire, le contreténor Jakub Józef Orliński et son pianiste Michał Biel ont été en adéquation parfaite avec l'esprit du WEMP, jeune, original et ouvert. Ils ont également parfaitement personnifié la thématique de cette 11e édition : 1+1=11, en étant bien plus que l'addition de deux personnalités artistique. Leur passage de quelques jours restera comme un des grands moments de l'histoire du festival et nous avons souhaité documenter cette aventure. Despite a career on a global scale, countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński and his pianist Michał Biel were a perfect match for the young, original and open spirit of the WEMP. They also perfectly personified the theme of this 11th edition: 1+1=11, by being much more than the sum of two artistic personalities. Their visit over a few days will go down as one of the great moments in the festival's history, and we wanted to document this adventure. !!!
