Testing the Behringer Toro Moog Taurus 1 clone, & Keith McMillen 12 Step Midi Pad Cintroller. I also bought the Studiologic MP113 Midi Foot Controller in hopes that it would function with the Toro. So far I got nothing out of the MP113 using the Toro, however the MP113 will control all my other synths. Spoke with Studiologic Rep Gianni on the matter, he thinks that it’s the Toro not being touch sensitive is key. The McMilen is also touch sensitive like the MP113 and it works fine, so go figure? But both the McMillen and the Oberheim have the ability to turn the touch sensitivity function off. I think maybe they need to have a way to click that feature off on the MP113 perhaps. No one I’ve talked to knows what’s up as yet or how to do that. Sweetwater is sending me another Toro to see if it’s maybe the Synth. Those guys are like family. We’ll see tomorrow. Their tech advisors were puzzled as well.
