Prep Time: 20 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Chilling Time: 3 hours | Total Time: 3 hours 30 min | Servings: 6 Calories: 340 | Total Fat: 29g | Fiber: 0g | Sugar: 16g | Protein: 2.6g INGREDIENTS: • 1 tbsp powdered gelatine • 2 tbsp cold water • 1 1/2 cup milk • 1 cup heavy cream • 1/3 cup sugar • 2 tbsp organic strawberry powder (https://foodtolive.com/shop/organic-s...) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place powdered gelatine in a small bowl and cover it with cold water. Let it soak for 10 minutes. 2. In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium-low heat, but don't let it boil. 3. Add the soaked gelatine into the saucepan and whisk for about 2 minutes until the gelatine dissolves completely. 4. Stir in the strawberry powder and continue to whisk gently until the mixture simmers and the powder is fully dissolved. 5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold. 7. Let it come to room temperature by leaving it for a couple of minutes, then transfer it to the fridge for at least 3 hours. 8. To serve, dip the mold in a bowl of warm water to loosen it.
